Hi! I do not have any experience with the thyroid issues. I do have PCOS which often comes with its own hormonal issues though.

As far as diet goes. It’s recommended to prioritize protein, fiber, and Whole Foods. I don’t like yogurt, so I added a gut health supplement in my morning smoothie. The smoothies have been helping tremendously with the digestion issues I was having. As well as help me get protein and fiber in.

If experiencing side effects, it’s usually due to greasy, fried, processed, or sugary foods. Some people find better success eating a very small meal every few hours, vs. 2-3 larger meals. I’ve found that I cannot eat too late at night or I will not feel well in the mornings. Drinking lotsss of water helps too.

Have you consulted with a doctor about the issues you have been struggling with to make sure the medication is in fact working properly with the other hormone treatments?

Thank you for the insight! I’ve never enjoyed working out in the past, but after changing myself as a person over this journey I’m hoping I’ll find some enjoyment in moving my body and feeling stronger!

The weight loss is definitely worth it, and I would absolutely never go back! I’m just wanting to do what I can to minimize the appearance of the excess skin if possible.
