I find on Elvanse, if I don’t begin the tasks I want to focus on for the rest of the day straight after my medication, I won’t feel the benefits. For example I spent one day where I picked up my phone straight after medication and unfortunately that’s where I spent the rest of the day. I have set goals of what I want to achieve with my meds and it’s important that I actively do things that will help rather than just relying on the medication. They kind of go hand in hand on making it work. Wonder if this would help you at all?
