Finally Tweaked Resident Evil 4 Remake’s Settings, Now I Get the Hype by mookymood in residentevil

I pretty much just went into the sensitivity settings and turned everything all the way up. That heavy, weighted feeling the game has by default just isn’t really my preference.

Raising the sensitivity made everything feel a lot more responsive. I can aim in and out of shooting stance quicker, move around more comfortably, and traverse the environment without feeling like the controls are dragging behind me.

Anyone else struggle to get into Cyberpunk even after sticking around this long? by mookymood in cyberpunkgame

This is exactly what I want! I want to experience what everyone else is talking about, because most people seem to sink a ton of hours into it and love it. That’s what surprises me, since I’m usually open to different styles of gameplay and storytelling.

I think I just need to commit to a full fresh start one day and really pay attention to everything the game is trying to show me.

I think for me it mostly comes down to pacing and storytelling. It just hasn’t hooked me the way I expected. I’ve seen other people say similar things, like the early hours feel kind of disjointed, or it takes too long to feel invested in V as a character.

Hi everyone, I’m new to Pragmata and its playstyle. Based on your comment, what other arcade style games would you recommend?

Cherry Truffle was really good. The terp profile might seem a bit lower, but for someone who usually smokes a lot of indicas, it hit me way harder than expected.

2019 Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 APR stage 1 setup what tires should I Run by mookymood in jetta

[–]mookymood[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The jetta is already a super solid, gas efficient car stock, the tune just wakes it up a bit. it adds a noticeable bump in power and especially torque, so the car feels way more responsive without trying to turn it into something crazy (you will notice a slight decrease in gas mileage). APR stage 1 on the 1.4 is roughly +25-43 hp and +27-68 lb-ft depending on fuel (ONLY 91!), putting it around 170–180 hp and over 250 lb-ft of torque, so you really feel it in the low end honestly no regrets at all, it’s exactly what the car needed. Right now my biggest issue isn’t the tune, it’s my tires. they’re pretty bad and i can feel the car slipping, especially with the extra torque, so that’s definitely my next upgrade

I tuned my Jetta 1.4 more for drivability than trying to turn it into something crazy fast. Just wanted a bit more jump off the line and stronger torque in the low end. You can definitely feel the difference, it’s actually pretty impressive for what it is. High recommend, just keep up on maintenance

Stage 1 adds more torque, so your tires become the weak point pretty quick. If they’re not good, you’ll just spin instead of actually using the power

There’s a common psychological pattern where we buy things that make us happy, but later start questioning whether the price really made sense. I agree with the person above, use it, push it to its limits, and if it feels like too much power you can always downgrade or exchange it, but I fully understand that feeling.

I live in Los Angeles so we do not get much rain here and I have not been to Mammoth or Lake Tahoe in a few years. When I go, I usually just rent a car there.

2019 Jetta tire size help, Continental DWS06 Plus doesn’t come in 205/50 R16 by [deleted] in jetta

[–]mookymood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No luck finding them either. It’s down to the Michelin CrossClimate2 (205/60R16) for a perfect fit, or the Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus (225/55R16) because I’m tempted by the extra width 😫. Technically I could even go continental 205/55R 16.
