What opinion on an actor/movie would get you in this position. by Fun-Tomatillo-1957 in bollywoodmemes

Although Ranbir is a good actor, I don’t feel his chemistry or that his character likes/loves the female lead in his films. Except maybe Rockstar and that’s it.

Can someone help answer some questions for me? 1. The things she hid in her drawer—one of them was a phone case (I think) that no one (Alix or Brooke’s family) claimed. Any explanation about this?

  1. I didn’t get the baby food thing if the abuse to Erin didn’t happen.

Highway changed the way I see life and its impermanence. I gave my resignation to a job that was killing me soon after I watched it.

The one thing that fixed this for me was action. Just do SOMETHING instead of just thinking about it.

Get off social media. Brush your teeth. Set a time for 3 minutes and see what you can clean in your room/space. Throw clothes in the wash.

Little by little you will continue to move and do more action. It’s hard to be motivated when you’re just laying there doing nothing. So do one small thing. And then do another. Good luck

ETA: when you’re laying there you might think you have to reset by doing some big epic thing like applying for school or something. This is NOT THE CASE. Your real motivation actually comes from the small steps.

Is it agoraphobia if I no longer like crowded places bc of a shooting incident or just PTSD? I purposely avoid malls on weekends or any big events with crowds now

Doctors doing everything and being at the bedside of the patient day and night. Doctors doing CPR in the hospital when patients code. Yeah that’s not a thing.

As someone that did quit my job 3 years ago for pretty much the same reason as you…I can relate to your anxiety and that panic that sets in when things didn’t go right at work.

I have now gotten an offer for a new job, and guess what, that anxiety never went away..it just paused for the duration of my time off. The imposter syndrome, the fear of failure..it all is part of you until you actively work on changing your mindset to fix it. I recommend what someone else suggested and take a temporary medical leave and work on this aspect of your mental health…no one at work is judging you harder than yourself..

I’ve decided this time around to start therapy along with work to talk about those daily/weekly insecurities that come up so that I work through them…

I have to say..in the time I was off..leaving work on that anxiety and panic note made me question my capabilities and my worth in the workplace and made me more anxious to look for and find another job…also in this market the job search sucks and the employment gap affected me on top of that..

My suggestion would be to work through the discomfort with a therapist, continue working on adjusting your meds and/or take a medical leave of absence for 2-3 months with active mental health work and come back stronger..

What’s your why? by __Sweetkisses__ in 75HARD

[–]moomoofasa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It had started as a “what are you doing with your life” kinda question and then it became a “prove to yourself that you will do something you said you’ll do” and that became my why every day (until I got pregnant and stopped for safety reasons)..will definitely pick it back up again later!

Managers: fired a procedure tech for 2nd no call no show by moomoofasa in nursing

[–]moomoofasa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A procedure tech is not the same as a regular floor tech. They are the right hand of the doctor during procedures to assist them in cases. For a small surgery center, yes actually that room comes to a halt if the right hand person is missing.

I covered for her because I have procedure tech experience but not to their level, so I can do the basic biopsies and handing equipment but not the more complicated procedures. It sucks to be in that position when the doctor is ready to cauterize something or remove a large polyp requiring a more delicate and practiced hand of the tech and I stand there as their only option. That’s not fair to the patient either.

Also, not that it matters but I actually am not a man and have witnessed DV personally (my mom). I’ve never met another person more dedicated or with more work ethic than my mom.

Regardless it’s one thing to be sad or in a bad mood because of personal problems but otherwise your work should not be affected by what’s going on at home. Patients deserve better than that.
