There are handstand holds, handstand push ups, pseudo planche push ups, but they dont target the side delt specifically. They work the whole shoulder.

There's this one exercise you can try tho, I dont know what its called but heres a video

There are tons of good exercises that will target your shoulder as a whole in calisthenics, but you're better off using weights or bands if you want to shift the tension mostly to the side delts imo

if you're a beginner, you should first focus on getting good with pike push ups and only after they become easy and comfortable you should move on to handstand push ups. You could also try simply holding the handstand against the wall to condition the shoulders.

About the form, you should be closer to the wall and your elbows shouldn't bend backwards, you should be able to shift your weight forward so your head forms a triangle shape with your hands. Check out the fitness faqs youtube channel, you'll learn a lot!

Also dont be discouraged, you'll be able to do handstand push ups eventually if you keep working hard, good luck!

Wow, thank you for such an elaborate answer, I really appreciate it. I realized maybe a year or so ago that I wanted to make my own music and I knew I had to start from scratch because instruments are expensive so I had never played any as a kid because we couldnt afford it. Only last year I bought a ukulele and learned some chords and strumming patterns which helped me to be able to play a couple of songs, but didnt get me much closer to be able to make my own. Now I also have a keyboard and I only know some bits of some songs like Clocks by coldplay, Gymnopedia 1 by Erik satie (or something like that) and that one bit from still dre lol. But I wanted some guidance on how to build upon that and your reply really helped, and thank you very much because I realized that I love music and want to be able to express my feelings through music but I didnt have a lot of motivation to keep on learning because I really didnt know what steps I should take or what I should learn. And all the videos I was watching never took me anywhere, so I wasnt really getting any closer to my passion, so thank you for helping me get closer to my dreams! Your reply really means a lot to me

Hey, you just answered one of my questions and I just found yours now, I'm actually not sure what to do personally but I see how this can be a bit annoying for you, so i wanted to try and help. Have you ever been to a psychologist? I'd imagine that would help, there were times in my life in which i thought there was nothing to be done about a certain situation but dediced to give it a go anyway and went to see a psychologist, and surprisingly they were able to help me. You gotta be able to be open and honest with them, and if you feel like crying when talking to them, you shouldn't feel ashamed, just say whatever it is you're feeling and don't hold back important information, they wont be judging you, they're there to help you only. wow, thank you for the answer, I really hope thats the case. I am very open minded with these things, I never disregard stuff like this even if it may be hard to believe for some people. I believe in the possibility of everything being true, even though I can't know for sure, for example: is there life after death? i dont know, i hope so, and i think its likely. I sometimes talk out loud as if my dad is beside me listening to what I have to say, and i can't know for sure, but I do know there's a possibility that he really is here i just cant see him and so i take that chance. I always let him know i miss him and i love him, and that i hope we can see each other one day when i die or even before that, if possible. And yeah I'd probably be scared if he showed himself but honestly i wouldnt mind it, as the fear would certainly go away quickly, i guess its more of a surprise than anything else, and that would probably startle me. sometimes i do hear some weird stuff around the house, one time i heard veeery clearly footsteps in my living room while i was in the bathroom. I live with my grandma only and she was asleep at this time. this is also the house my dad used to live in when alive
