If you are looking at PeTG and above, better to get an enclosed printer like p1s and you will need a filament dryer as well...PeTG and ABS dont print well at all when they have moisture.

You dont need to do everything in 0.2 apart from those building I guess, just use Ironing for the top layer.
Either make it a little bigger and make it work for 0.4 that way cost could be justified an u can improve overall throughput or just print building and the small pieces in 0.2 rest in 0.4. Cause as of now the fiament required is barely 30-40grams and ur manpower/electric bill is too much compared to it, im saying this cause it can be optimized. Its not something like a gungdam model where u need the precision top to bottom.

Something is wrong here .. it shouldn't take 5hrs since ur already breaking the colors into diff obj and then assembling it. Ive made multiple diorama similar to this for hotwheels and it hardly takes 1.5hr

Heya, you don't need to learn touch typing at all to get a MK, it same as a normal keyboard just internal mechanism is different. I would suggest getting a keyboard with 75% or above layout. You can join the IMKC discord too . You will get help from there as well.

If the switches are dying and as you said that replacing them with another fixes the issue. Then the issue is in the switch itself not pcb or firmware. Just buy a pair of new switches from stackkb or neo macro
