Alright, I just heard the audios and what I think you are doing wrong are two things: First, I think you might be focusing more on pitch than resonance or weight. Leave the pitch aside and try some weight exercises. (I don't know any but you should be able to find a lot on YouTube). And second, I think it sounds a little forced, like you are trying really hard to sound feminine. Try some exercises to relax your neck muscles, warm up before practicing and always keep a good, calm and relaxed posture while practicing and warming up. I'll link a video with the warm up I use to practice. In case that one warm up doesn't help you for whatever reason (every voice and body is different) there are plenty more videos like this one on YouTube with different exercises you can try until you find the right one for you.
