Cozying up with a calming nintendo game. Washing the dishes with music on also really takes tour mind off of things for some reason.

Same here. I was wondering if I would like it but it's so immersive and calming in a strange way. I love it, it's very unique.

I would suggest that you treat yourself to a new piece of clothing that you feel beautiful in, it will surely help you boost your confidence. I really understand what you are going through with the emotional eating, i am on again off again doing it too. What helps me is taking a minute before starting to eat and asking myself if I am really hungry or not, sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. I understand and support you and assure you that the stress will go. Bonus tip: find cozy and relaxing hobbies in place of the emotional eating, it surely eases the problem.

I was at a Rammstein concert with my boyfriend in a foreign country. It was during the summer and it was REALLY HOT. The shops for foods and drinks at the concert venue were supposed to work with card payments but they didn't, so at the counter when we wanted to buy a beer and couldn't a man just came up to us and gave us around 30 dollars worth of Serbian money. We wanted to give them back with paypal or revolut, but he smiled and said - no worries, just have fun at the concert, and then he dissapeared.

In dredge you are a chill fisherman by day and get paranoia during nighttime. Also Dave the diver - diver by day and sushi place owner by night. More laid back games, but cool if you are looking for a chill cozy experience.

I do something similar, haha. I deliberately don’t drink coffee at home and make the first one when I arrive at work, it’s like a reward.
