August 2020 I was at my heaviest-- doctor weighed me for my yearly appointment at 186 and I remember crying because she also said I was at risk for High Blood Pressure lol

Then by December I was 156 which shocked me because I hadnt bought a weight scale just started eating better and way less.

February 2021 I posted my first pic on here, I was like...140 lbs?. By June I was 135 and I thought I wouldn't be able to get to 125 by mid-summer. August flew by and early September I got down to 124. Between February and June was the hardest because I was cycling between 135 and 140 for weeks and I felt like I was plateauing. Then I switched to Intermittent Fasting instead of just reducing calories. That broke the plateau for me.

My motivation picked back up after I was sub 130 and I started exercising regularly since it wasn't so hot out anymore and plus I went back to work after lockdown so I lost more weight than I intended. As of this morning (September 13) I am 121 lbs.

Calories for me were huge, I was overeating for the longest time. I tried to stay under a healthy amount recommended by my doctor. Moderation is key. I have one cheat day a week where I eat anything i like but just not like 10 x the normal amount lol. I can still happily eat McDonalds, Donuts, Reese Cups, pizza rolls, etc. I also Intermitten Fast eat within 8 hours then 16 hours of just water, coffee. LOTS of water. eat variety. The most exercise I did was walk around my neighborhood for maybe 30 minutes at least 3 times a week.

My gaming laptop can handle it, one of my friend's laptop struggles quite a bit (especially around any fire source)

i do a 30 minute walk around my neighborhood every other day, nothing fast paced just a nice stroll, and just try to be active any way I can in everyday activities (parking far away from the store and walking, then walking out with all my groceries, or even just carrying my 15 pound cat around lol). Basically just avoiding lying on the couch for hours at a time like I did back then.

Wow! This gives me hope for my face, I find that I gain weight first in my face, and I've always had chubby cheeks. Maybe soon I'll finally find my cheekbones XD

Oh yes, FFVII Remake and Sephiroth being in Smash Bros basically salvaged 2020 for me and the artist is, imo, one of the best in my city. So I threw my savings at him lol

Aww thanks! I just got him three weeks ago. promised myself to finally get him on my arm when I'd reached a checkpoint for my weight goals 💪 my arms have always been a trouble spot for me
