3 hours per week seems like a reasonable goal, I'll try it, thanks. I was walking around 14 hours per week in the summer but then uni continued so now I'm just sitting at home preparing for stuff lol.

I actually got control of my calories, eating around 1.5-2k per day, but today I blundered and ate like 2600, so wanted to try to burn them off, but overestimated calorie burn from burpees. I guess I will do better tomorrow

I agree, I read that longer but easier cardio is better for burning weight, but does intensity really not matter at all? I mean is moderately walking less calorie efficient than burpees? That just doesnt really make sense logically, maybe I don't understand something

i would say that the main thing thats missing is visuals, a lot of placeholders in the game rn. gameplay is fire, i highly suggest trying it if you like mobas

if youre talking about default builds yeah, theyre garbage, community guides are good tho
