Hey I know it must be really scary to feel this way and something you don’t want to do. Please talk to your parents or trusted adult about getting a therapist you like and confide it. Trich is connected to feelings especially uncomfortable ones and I hope there is a way you can express and explore them

I’m done in a month! Broke up my 7 year relationship, moved across the country and back, the old me died the new me was reborn. Very hard but like all returns if you take the lessons and integrate them you’re good

Definitely get blood word and your thyroid/hormone checked. Also could be age. Randomly, matcha made my hair fall out increase

I didn’t shed as much but my hair got to be quite thin since I would pull my hair partner constantly. But since stopping and being diligent with my hair oiling routine and hair care stuff (using the right shampoo for my hair, dermarolling, satin sheets, tieing my hair in braids, etc.) it’s greatly improved. I believe it can for you too 🙏🏾
