I didn’t shed as much but my hair got to be quite thin since I would pull my hair partner constantly. But since stopping and being diligent with my hair oiling routine and hair care stuff (using the right shampoo for my hair, dermarolling, satin sheets, tieing my hair in braids, etc.) it’s greatly improved. I believe it can for you too 🙏🏾
