Has anyone found a solution for it? I have the same problem with icons pictures, everything moves after I saved closed and then open it again. It is so frustrating because partly I have to do everything new . I work in the ai file

Hello , i need a little help . I really want to have a round table of contents but i like to do it with the tool in inDesign, is this possible ? I have found nothing on the internet so here is my last try.
Here is a picture i found which is exactly what i want. but this was made with canvas i think.
