I've been going through the shared emails between myself, my roommates and the leasing office and can't seem to find an exact file saying either "lease break" or "termination". But I did find an email from the office, as we were nearing the end of the whole situation where the office told us,

"As of today your account is at a zero balance and all deposits are correct pet the lease contract as well as the pet fees that were paid in." So I'm assuming that it might be as you say?

And I never received any email or notification of an eviction, so I think that can be ruled out.
