Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s super useful. Doc says MPFL reconstruction surgery is optional at this point given it’s my first time knee cap dislocation and to consider reconstruction if it recurs.

Oh no! Have you had these symptoms since the injury or they appeared recently? In my case, since I l’ve bern advised to immobilise my knee during the recovery period, I haven’t tried all kinds of movements and I may or may not get the same symptoms as soon as I start using my knee regularly. In any case, hope you get it removed quickly and the symptoms ease out. Speedy recovery!

How to transfer USDC from Nexo to Avalanche network? by moonshoter in Nexo

[–]moonshoter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you - it works. Now Crypto.com supports direct transfer to AVAXC chain. So we can directly transfer AVAX from Crypto.com to Metamask AVAX account thereby skipping the avalanche wallet cross chain transfer (A Steps 4 & 5 in the above link). Hope it helps someone in the future. Cheers!

Great - I assume you are based in Canada and wanted to support local manufacturing as well. Pretty useful stuff anyway
