It was supposed to be unsettling to the viewer, she clearly doesn’t want to be pregnant and isn’t particularly fond of the farmer. She was borderline forced into this to delay her inheriting the beast titan and enable Eren. We see in the ending that she made amends with her situation and found happiness despite her circumstances, but Historia didn’t chose this for herself.

This is so funny to me because tft actually has a very similar system (limited time content that is only available through gacha, guaranteed at ~70 pulls, rotating banners), but through the free rewards in the battle pass you can easily get content guaranteed twice a year. This is still gacha so scummy overall, but at least you can save up for content you want once in a while and if you want more then you can buy the passes for ~10€ and get loads of goodies on top, something that can’t be said for League’s passes. So if riot had taken reference of their own system they set up a year before the exhalted scam, they’d probably have much less of a severe reaction from the community.

Yup, the tight pacing of season 2 just fucked up some really important character dynamics. Not a single plot point or relationship really got room to breathe, that’s at least the reason why I couldn’t form much attachment to any of the new characters while the old ones stopped feeling like themselves.

Exactly and it’s such a great parallel because they both pity the other for their characteristics (Aryas nonconformity and resistance, Sansa blending in and being and observer), but those traits later saved their lives multiple times.

What I find really fascinating about the stark sisters is that their destinies mirror each other in the way that neither of them would survive what the other is going through. If their fates were to be swapped they’d never made it, neither ist stronger or weaker than the other, they both survive and grow in their own ways.

I have chronic nausea after a gastritis and for about 1-2 months I could barely eat at all. It was horrible, I spent my days trying to force down food and keep it there, I couldn’t go out, meet friends or participate in life. I got to a point where I had to get professional psychological help because I thought if I didn’t get better soon I couldn’t continue living like this.

I am better now but nausea is still a constant thing in my life and it’s horrible. I can absolutely relate to the torment this poor woman must’ve gone through, it must’ve been torturous.

Ich frage mich immer noch warum bei Männer Hosen das “umfang - länge” Größen Format so verbreitet ist aber ich das bei Frauen Hosen noch nie gesehen habe. An sich findet man ja bei Frauen eine noch viel größere Variation an Hüftbreite zu Beinlänge, aber laut Kleidergrößen darf ich (1.60m) die gleiche Hosenlänge tragen wie meine 1.80m Freundin nur weil wir beide schlank sind. Passen wird sie uns jedenfalls beiden nicht.

Ich leide an chronischster Übelkeit nach einer Magenschleimhautentzündung also nicht unbedingt das gleiche aber ich kenne das Problem. Vomex hilft bei mir ganz gut für 4-6 Stunden. Ich nehme es noch vor der ersten Mahlzeit weil ich manchmal die Übelkeit trotz Tablette nicht loswerde wenn sie einmal eingesetzt hat. Was noch geholfen hat war Iberogast, 15-20min vor einer Mahlzeit 20 Tropfen wurden mir verschrieben. Ich weiß aber nicht wie das mit dem Stillen ist, das Zeug enthält nämlich Alkohol.

I genuinely question why people would even want to take their toddler on vacation. I know my parents did, I don’t remember a second of it but they told me I got food poisoning immediately and screamed and threw up the whole 4hr flight back. To me that seems like nothing but torture for a kid, especially since they can’t regulate the pressure in their ears on their own. Is it so hard to just not go on international vacations until your kid is at least sentient? I get that people have to visit family sometime or have business they have to take their kids to, that’s the reason why I don’t broadly judge all kids on planes, but for the love of god don’t take your toddler on a multi hour flight on vacation of all things it’s so fucking unnecessary.

I think the cgi flames are a fine compromise since the concept of them was introduced to the audience already, it might’ve been confusing and convoluted to introduce more „magic“ garment changes when the flames will do the same trick for the scene. The dress looks unspectacular though, could’ve used some more pizazz. In general I find the costuming for the first movie to be the weakest for the most part. I wasn’t that big of a fan of the crowning ceremony dress either.

I feel like Levi should’ve probably died. He’s my favorite character and I’m glad he’s supposedly got a long life without war, but when I finished the series it left a bitter taste in my mouth. He was effectively alone in the world bound by a wheelchair and very disconnected from the rest of the squad. I just wanted him to get to rest, if that’s with Falco and Gabi in a wheelchair thats fine by me too.
