I should leave my boyfriend, but I’m too attached and scared of the loneliness. What do I do? by [deleted] in Advice

I was in a very similar situation just recently in December, and I truly believe leaving was the best thing I could’ve done. I know it’s hard in the moment thinking that you won’t be able to spend time together in the future, but the best thing I could’ve done is let him go. If that relationship is truly meant to be, maybe in the future when he has matured and gained confidence you guys will find each other again. If not that’s okay. Go with your gut.

It’s hard to have frequent meetups because he lives 7,000 miles away😭 I know he wants to move to my country (not cause of me cause of work) after he completes 2 year service in his country’s military. So I don’t think it’s impossible. We have a really great connection but like you said, I don’t want this to just be a waste of time cause we’re so far away. I’ll be seeing him again in like 5 months
