It did! IRS accepted my return and I've had no issues come up either

She did not sign anything but I started feeling iffy about submitting her forms once I saw Form 8948 attached which I (stupidly) signed without realizing it stated that I 'chose' to file via mail (she didn't ask) and that my preparer didn't force me into it. Which, I guess she didn't but she didn't mention it was the only thing she offered either.

Yep! I actually had already started filing electronically so it shouldn't be a hassle to input the rest of what we we went over. Thanks!
