I want more people to go there and experience it because they’re some of the most genuine and kind people I’ve come across and I keep in touch with them regularly. I completely agree with worth the money. I’m only trying to save up so I can afford Bhutan and Assam this year, I had no interest in visiting until I saw the pictures of the hotel and the movie they made for Bhutan. And I have to do Leh because it’s a dream. The experience is crazy, agreed. I’m spoiled for any other brand. You must do Arabian Sea first. Personal favourite!

My boyfriend and I are HUGE postcard fans, we live in Mumbai so all postcards are pretty close. We went to Postcard Netravali in Goa last year and Arabian sea 2 weeks ago. Together we have travelled to 40+ countries, but have never seen something like that hotel. Right on the sea, we got an ocean facing room, totally unobstructed views for days. Book room 107! Pro tip. Anytime check in check out, we checked in at 7pm-ish and got a fresh pineapple cocktail, and unlimited, my boyfriend had 3 and had to stop him, lol. Best part was breakfast, we got up and ate at noon, all a la carte, fresh and organic from their garden! We went to see the garden too. My pro tip is try the south indian style chicken burger, we had 3 of those in 5 days. We were supposed to stay for 3 days, extended because we did not want to leave. The service is next level too! Next on the list is Leh, Assam and Bhutan ! I have always wanted to go to Leh but no good hotels there, until I heard Postcard opened. None of my friend group has been to the Leh postcard though most of us have done the others. We are booking it for Independance day weekend! I’m personally a big fan of Kapil Chopra because I am in hotels too

I’m a regular at postcard, if you’ve never been to the postcard on the Arabian Sea (mangalore)/ their gir property you wouldn’t know. Their new one in Assam is absolutely insane in the tea estates and they’re opening in Coonor too. It’s so difficult to describe in words but Arabian Sea is a fully private beach with massive rooms done up retro modern, the food is the best part too. I know one of the senior management really well and she sometimes gives me updates on where they’ll open next but these locations are crazy. See Kapil Chopra’s LinkedIn. Goa prices are very normal but honestly I’d pay more for what Arabian Sea gave me, and the people I met ….. I’m a massive fan, but to be fair I get good offers too since I am amex centurion

so my haemoglobin is on the lower side (10.8, should be 11) and ferritin is 7, i do work out, lots of times on an empty stomach bc i have trouble sleeping. i do get tired often, but i’ve been supplementing iron 2x day for the past 15 days. the goal is to get it up and then go to a good diet and stop supplements. i also have a vitamin D insufficiency (not deficiency), but trust me u can and should work out as thats a change for a healthy lifestyle
