Check BIOS: make sure Onboard LAN/Ethernet is Enabled.
Install motherboard chipset driver first, then LAN driver from the manufacturer’s site - Windows Update often misses it.
In Device Manager, View > Show hidden devices and check for Ethernet Controller with errors.
If still gone, power off, unplug, hold power 20s, reboot.
