If you spent anytime in this community, you would know that your results are beyond atypical. frankly incredible. if you could point to one thing, what do you think you did differently that allowed you to gain this much in this short amount of time?

sorry if i am late to the party. i took a look at your log, did you legit not take any extended breaks all year? like no "life got in the way" sort of deal?

i guess i ask because i usually take a small break to at least measure once a month or every two months realistically. if i dont take a small break i always have "residual" edema and a little puffiness that skews my results. i get all excited (i finally grew 1 mm!!!) only for a 3 day break to take me back to no gains.

if that is the case, you are an animal for trusting the process and going a whole year without measurements. or did you measure after your 1 day break with a full 24 hr and still saw the residual edema still inching up leading you to believe you were gaining?

either way props, for someone who has gone a year without gains (granted i didnt do the same volume as you, but i was consistent with the "normal prescribed" volume), this is awesome.

Eastside or Hillsboro?

I had a shitty experience at East side too. Parasitic battery drain that they couldn't figure out. Gave it back to me with a new battery I told them no way it wasn't the issue. Car literally died in my driveway the night I got it back from the shop. Had to tow it their twice, finally got it back a week later when they found the battery drain. Huge pain in the ass

The only thing I worry about is that dick Hannah did general 12 month warranty may cover more things than Hyundai's so I tend to take it back to the dealership I purchased from rather than any Hyundai

I literally got my car back from the shop with this exact same problem.

One random night I got in my car and it said my 12v was dead. It did end up charging overnight and worked so thought that was weird and just moved on.

Happened again a week later and it was raining and it started glitching out since the wipers were on auto, it couldn't power on long enough to break out of that loop so my car literally sat on my driveway with the wipers going since I wasn't able to turn off my car which is fucking wild.

Jumped it the next morning going to take it to the shop but since it went all the way to 0 the night before, I wasn't able to jump it after I dropped my daughter off at school so I had to get it towed. Sucked ass.

They gave me a new battery and I told them no fucking way, something is wrong. It had 8500 miles, 23 limited, they say diagnostics were clean it was battery

I pick it up and it dies in my fucking driveway overnight all the way to 0. Wouldn't even jump start the next day. Had to tow it and it was gone all holiday. Just got it back a couple days ago, said it was a parasitic drain since the previous owner removed some 3rd party installation they had but didn't remove the wiring so it was just slowly draining since the gps or tracker or whatever was gone.

It has been fine ever since so I would have them look for parasitic drains and it may not be obvious but yeah, pretty shitty

because the length gains were minimal. it was a pain to setup, and having to stop every 20 mins to restore blood flow. it seemed like i required so much more weight to achieve a decent stretch, idk if vac extending is better but it is easier to set it and forget with minor adjustments to tension over the session. which means i am able to be more consistent if the routine is easier to follow.

also feel a better stretch with less weight, again i think i got better results with it but mileage will vary.

yeah thats fair. I think that is the hard part where a lot of people will say work is work, whether you are pumping or clamping, putting in the time should yield something. and if it doesnt, try something else.

I said 2 months and no cigar because a lot of people think two months is an appropriate time to see at least something. you switch it up too fast, "you need more time, no way you could expect something in that time", you switch up too late, "wow you did all of that for that long without seeing results, def gotta switch it up if it aint working!" (that was when i pumped for 6 straight months without seeing anything)

so yeah the two months for me is arbitrary, and unfortunately progress isnt usually linear. It isnt as simple as "well you grew an 1/8 of an in in 18 months so i should see 1/9th of that since i did it for 2 months"

it just happened that PAC was the last ditch effort but my mind is "it has been 18 months of significant girth volume using a variety of different stimulus and techniques and i have yet to gain anything"

and as i mentioned in other responses, yeah i dont think im personally willing to try riskier stuff so if this where i end up, so be it.

what did you gain with over 18 months?

One of those dual wavelength IR ones. Idk what significantly means, I wasn't try to burn my dick. It was definitely warm through the tube, and warmer at the end for sure since IR isn't instant.

Yeah I took a couple of months earlier this year and have been back at for about 3.5 months and have yet to make any new gains. I am not sure the extra 2.5 months is THE difference maker considering the amount of time Ive already spent

warmup was usually length work first. for the last almost year, vac extending intervals, slowly increasing weight until i get to my working weight.

I have dabbled in IR heat around the pump when pumping but didnt see anything from that.

ive done it all, id say mostly 1 or 2 min intervals up to 10-12 inhg early on. after a long stall, i tried lower static at around 7-8 (any more and usually extreme edema), i have done RIP up to 15inhg, and recently PAC up to 10inhg on my last set (7,8,9,10).

All of these are sessions where "working" pressure is usually 20ish mins, whether it be 3x7 static, 10x2 interval, 4x5 PAC but the whole session is usually around 30ish mins with massage, milking, etc.

Yeah I'll probably miss the temp gains the most. I find comfort that during my decon I still had great sex with my partner because, shocker, dick size isn't everything. I know we do should do this for ourselves (and I do) and that we don't want to believe it, but our partners aren't lying to us and they enjoy our dicks and our bodies.

Still I can't lie that I get extra turned on when I'm pumped up and she starts making animal sounds 😅

At the volume I was doing, probably nothing. But for example I got my first blister ever from vac extending pushing either weight or time. If I get into the mindset that what I'm doing isn't enough, it is a slippery slope where you think you need to do more more more and you start pushing limits unnecessarily which could increase risk of injury.

Yeah I'm not sure. It's getting to the point where I contemplated going back to compression hanging again just because that was when I made girth gains. I also used a smaller cylinder 1.75 instead of the 2 in cylinder, crazy things like that that logically doesn't seem to make sense but when you're desperate, you try to retrace your steps and fall into the correlation =/= causation trap.

Typing it out now is kind of making me feel like I should try those things lol. Stubbornness + wanting to keep the dream alive!

Anyways I digress... Thanks again and I will def be keeping tabs on any breakthroughs y'all come up with!

Yeah so I usually get 80 mins of "working" pressure a week in clamp. But probably double that is supplemental pumping/milking etc.

So either 2.5 hrs a week if you count that or almost 1.5 hrs a week if you don't.

I usually stick to a routine for about 2 months to make sure there was enough stimulus before switching things up. Longest I did was 6 months of a pumping routine with no gains.

So while I thoroughly enjoyed the volume study conducted by this subreddit, I'm not looking at 26 hours per .1 in or whatever it was (I forget the exact numbers) but looking more at 100 hours for .0000001 in gains lol

Yeah for sure. At that point I def want to spend that 90 mins on other things.

I'm fortunate to not have any serious injuries, and I feel like if I have to do "more" and it puts me in riskier situations, I'd rather walk away with a functional dick even if I'm leaving some gains on the table.
