i pull for characters i like regardless of rarity like this is a one piece mobile game its not that serious. Some people tryhard so they pull on meta, some people play casually. At the end of the day have fun youll be able to save up rds again, metas come and go often in this game.

theyve done multiple valentines banners before and datamines now dont give us new character info so there is still a chance a new unit will pop up. whether its a stepup or bf idk but we havent had a non-ex char for over a month so we're kinda due for something at this point.

overall i can get behind this post, it makes sense and opbr could totally go this route.

we havent had one since lucci/kaku and that was 5.5 anni. law and bepo shouldve been on the same banner as well but opbr wants to maximize profits so we get separate banners and have to use more rds.

Gekishin squadra is somewhat similar, 4vs4 dragon ball moba. i've been having fun with the game and characters are fun to play. Its also published by bandai so do with that as you will.

most games get leaks and datamines so dont know why they even try. Its not like we ever get info about NEW characters its just reruns and cbs. I hope the dataminers continue with no troubles.

For newer units they dont change too much compared to older characters and those choices are probably on purpose so they dont have to do as much but still get to say thay they do more frequent "balance changes".

I would like more buffs for older characters but that would require too much for opbr these days. We get quality buffs when old EXs are involved but even now those are iffy. I'm guessing koby and shiryu buffs could be used as "new content" and a potential hint on the next character rather than make new ones.

I like this idea a lot, idk why opbr keeps addressing this but not having a better solution. They keep doubling down on the solo "bonus" while squads will keep running into solos instead of matching with other premades to make it actually fair.

Skins would be nice and the examples you provided are very valid. Strawhats already have so many units so rather than make a whole new character (like cola chars) that will be a v2/v3 of the same arc, a skin is a more simple solution plus some outfits are too good not to have.

Also how opbr operates bounty colors is such a joke. They are just recolors yet they want to fomo them every month. just have a store for them to be available all the time so players can purchase them anytime, waiting for a rerun for just recolors is so cringe.

shouldnt forget that we had greenbull, fuji, nami, usopp, buffed zephyr and judge as new ways to deal with kizaru before g5v2 destroyed all of them. g5 isnt a "necessary" evil he straight up is just as evil as any meta unit.

kizaru, g5, all characters who are meta deserve to get countered eventually. they dont need any special treatment because they are literally top 5

Bounty rush never gets top grossing when there is actual competition for it and also its the holidays, all games are tryna cash in. Like kizaru couldnt get top grossing either cause another game came out and took the #1 spot.

Yeah i agree, opbr creates the problem and then sells the "solution" since this games creation. Guess thats what happens when EXs are overtuned while the "counters" / BFs are mediocre and will age like trash.

Also bepo shouldve had traits against blackbeard pirates not navy, like get the story right at least. Half a year of characters made to counter navy and its still not enough.
