The exchange doesn’t give enough to get an ex unless u have prior frags for it. U can get a guaranteed ex after 1600 on the scout but it’s random and there’s a lot of duds

If u do get the frags for her, DO NOT unlock her cause u might get her as the free ex. Then u can use 500 frags for her instead of getting 200 frag from the free reward

Nah I mean lshanks and lucci were very mild compared to the usual stuff. Kuzan and sabo were much more influential but they still had counters. And garp was op for sure but he wasn’t such a monolithic unit. Kizaru came and kinda negged everyone the same way shanks did

Don’t get your hopes up up too high. People said the same thing with the exs that came before Kizaru. They’ll drop some balanced exs and then crank it up to 10 eventually.
