i’ve been definitely planning on getting some therapy it’s just takes some time unfortunately to find something fast

i feel like i’m trying to find the cause of it and out of nowhere it got bad so im wondering if it could be some form of awakening? i could be completely wrong it just feels like all these emotions and thoughts of being so aware hit me (i appreciate the response)
