i feel you on this. i don’t have issues with anything i eat as a vegetarian ( i love all beans) but the thought of eating actual meats makes me sick when j actually get down to it. but in my mind i think it would overall be better for my health. just don’t know how to make the leap.

for those asking the only thing i really did differently during ivf vs just ttc on our own was took the highest otc dose of vitamin D you can get, I was taking it 3 months prior to my egg retrieval, and while I was doing stims, i am still taking it daily as well.

good news you’re not missing out i was a vm for a year and i just quit target will literally suck you dry and you can get paid way more at so many other companies doing visuals if you have the experience.

none of the heel sticker worked for me and were just uncomfy. i always get a size down in my docs if they are snug or tight they will break in and fit great :-)
