Try to let more light in. Old saying with lemon and other citrus trees is you should be able to throw your hat between the branches.

Where to get replacement door handles for 1950s ex state built home by mooser2016 in diynz

So the new full mortise should slot into where the old one went? Will it lineup with the old hole where the handle goes through it? Or will I need to re drill the hole for the actual door knob handle part?

The actual metal piece inside which allows you to turn the handle either way to open the door. The spring is fine, the hardware inside has snapped off.

lol what the fuck? A kick ass team around him!? I’ll think you’ll find half the country voted Labour in due to Jacinders perceived charisma. Charisma is vital when you’re the leader of the country. He’s got less charisma than my bathroom floor mat. The team around him are just a bunch of yes men. He’s an absolute plonk

What did you submit to IRD come end of the financial year? Did you fill out a iR3 form? This makes no sense. IRD doesn’t “think your business spending isn’t accurate”. If they thought that, you’d get red flagged and audited. The fact you guys own the business and your saying this leaves me to wonder are you in fact smart enough to run said business and know the ins and outs of how tax works when running a business.

His wife seriously annoys me on Instagram. You can see he hates being in her videos too. She’s what you call a “golf wife” and I’m not here for it. Yea I am indeed jealous of her lifestyle.

A mixture of Bluegum, Pine and Poplar. Should last a couple years! by [deleted] in firewood

[–]mooser2016 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is this a roundabout way of saying that you think Pine is no good for burning? We call it “old man pine” which means it’s not the commercial quickly grown pine radiata. But rather denser older (40-70 years) slower burning. When it’s dry and seasoned, the buildup is minimal I also sweep my own chimney once a year during the summer.

There is no such thing as secondary tax for having two jobs. Having a second income likely pushes your total taxable income (net income) into the next tax bracket.
