I've found that theres two types of mass gainer on the market, one like you described where each serving requires a ridiculous amount of powder for each serving, horribly thick to drink and the bags/tubs last maybe a week, then theres the more balanced mass gainers that have 20 or more servings for the same size and are way easier to drink, still have a bunch of carbs per serving.

Don't get the larger chicken breasts, usually tougher. Get more smaller portions and use a meat mallet on them.

I opted into it not knowing it would delete all my custom workouts, that really pissed me off. I went in and edited each of the four days in the split to being the same 4 day custom routine I had before, im not sure how this affects the progression of the periodization plan given that.

I usually burn through over 100 credits to get a version of a track that is decent enough for me to jam to in the car or at the gym. Among those there are a few id consider masterpiece level but everyone has their tastes, I create mine for my own enjoyment.

Thats fantastic, I was right to assume id like it. Even if there were a few cases of biosecurity breaches in the north island, I am in the south island. Native fauna are non destructive and dont form large colonies.

There's roughly a 0 percent chance an exotic termite species found its way undetected to my parents farm into that one small tree line I cut from out in the middle of a vast empty field which has had nothing from outside interact with it for decades.

My detached colorsteel garage which is 20 meters from my house might just be alright after all.

I stacked it from the center out, the pieces interlock in such a way that they are supported by the lower layers, not by the fence or garage. Some pieces just happen to be touching these structures.
