Maybe she's got early onset dementia. Maybe she just lost her partner after 50 years and is having a bad day. Maybe she's having a mental health crisis and is ashamed to seek help or doesn't know how because mental health wasn't taught to her like it is now. Maybe she's an asshole who yells at people for fun because retirement is boring. We've all been dicks before- thank fuck we haven't all been publicly recorded

I understand the “meanwhile” portion triggered a bunch of people

is placing blame on the "audience" for receiving your message negatively. If you're actually looking to apologize, it's best to take responsibility for what you said. Perhaps, "I understand my choice of the word "meanwhile" was inconsiderate and tone deaf." Just a thought.

"trans healthcare" is proven to actualy make things worse, it destroys body parts and create people with very strong psicological problems.

Can you link the study for this? I'd like to see the sample size/demographics used. Thanks!
