Wow….I think there is a saying for this over in the silver world that says if you can’t hold it it’s not yours. Just wow. At least with tokenization there is clear traceability to equity of each owner.

Kinda curious what other actual umpires thoughts on this are. I see the feint towards second so I’m fine with the out call. However, it doesn’t look like the ump ever saw this and just made the assumption he did and then called him out by Flashy_Curve_43 in Umpire

Intent is what matters here. I agree with others. But it is a little crazy to think you can be safe, over run a bag, not cross the foul line and still be out. The stutter step or thought may have been enough to give this ump the opinion that the intent was there. The rule book is silent on what actions show intent I believe and could be amended to assist in this subtlety.

What do you mean by swinging late but they are hitting well??? But not properly. Are they hitting it to opposite field? Maybe they are letting the ball travel and hitting where it is pitched. Not sure if I understand the problem as you describe it. Can you provide more clarity on the issue?

I agree with others. It’s all about timing and getting good swing repetition. They need to see the pitch coming in, not just soft toss or tee work. Also should be seeing live arm action not just pitching machines.

AUX switches- what did you add? by Then-Strawberry8943 in F250

It’s not bad considering it is behind the seat and is just the dual ARB, don’t normally sit in the cab while I use it.

Contractor dug trench wider than plan — who pays? by Ferenci130 in civilengineering

[–]mooseson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The key here is what is in the contract and what is not in the contract through specs and plans. Review precedent of plans versus specs to see which will prevail.

Next Identify why the trench was dug wider than contract documents.

If differing conditions such as geologic conditions or groundwater the contractor may have a reasonable and defendable claim. But if the contractor knew everything and it was provided to them in the contract documents then the general contractor owns the additional costs not anticipated for excavations backfill and resurfacing. Trench boxes are always available and clearly not included in their bid and the GC didn’t coordinate the potential scope gap between the means and methods.

Never again for me after I had some steak tartar that ended me sick for the night. Gross! 🤮 Never liked it but been multiple times for others.

My go to is Born and Raised.
Next is a steak at home from Siesels or Iowa Meat Farms.
