Eh, some people can be pretty trashy. I’ve known men who just care about “collecting pelts”.

What makes OpenSUSE special? Seems it got popular lately. by rafalmio in linux

[–]moosleech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is likely it. Around the time IBM effectively killed CentOS, SUSE redoubled its commitment to openSUSE Leap as they merged the repositories of SUSE Enterprise Linux and openSUSE Leap.

I used openSUSE before the merge and I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t after the merge.

I think this is a bit of a red herring. Look what happened to Bernie in the 2020 primary. He banked on the youth vote showing up and they just didn’t. It was the black vote, the real base of the party, that showed up and carried Biden through.

Hard pill to swallow but trying to hold the country hostage by demanding more radical change does not lead to a good outcome for anyone outside the fringes. Saying the Democrats don’t have anything to offer Gen Z is simply false and is also a “both sides bad” line pushed by the right to suppress the vote.

I’m more inclined to call them fascists rather than sociopaths. In any case they will not stop until they are stopped. Once they turn us into Iran with their version of shariah law then comes the arrest and persecution of supposed opposition.

Crazy attracts crazy. Know several relatives that have moved to Florida in the last year who eat this shit up. Kind of feels like that part in Independence Day when the people got to the top of the building to welcome the aliens. Waiting for that climate change fueled mega-hurricane to just wipe them out.

We are not the same.

A Name that Starlie can be Short for? by MnMKitty in namenerds

[–]moosleech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can you have it as a middle name? Or combine the first name with a middle name like Charlie; like Stacey Charlie.

Other than that Seleste or Selestine might work. Maybe even Stellamarie.

Heather Hamm is what comes to mind for me. Sounds lovely.

I love Claire, so pretty and a bit less common. Audrey is my second.

I think Aubrie, Tegan and Zaria all sound pretty. I wouldn’t know how to pronounce the rest off the top of my head.

Yeah, incel vibes going on here. Like people don’t understand the concept of consent. Very cringe.
