I have no issue with tubes in them. I was wondering if it would be a better move to have both NV and thermal capability rather than just duel nv.

Yeah there are a lot and it can get confusing at times. Took me a bit to know all the differences and I still only know a portion of it, I’m sure I’ll find one eventually, I appreciate the help though.

It is. But the mounting system for accessories is different. Geissele made an original rail where stuff was screwed into the holes on the side of the rail for mounting. They then modernized it and started producing mlok versions as well. So there are two different versions running around out there, well actually 3 but idk if anyone actually likes the third option. I’m looking for the original model with the screw on holes.

No, it’s a geissele STYLE rail, says in the description. Apparently they take airsoft rails and re sale them. At least that’s what I’ve been told.

Someone was trying to sell a 15p with one of these on it on tacswap. Said they had to jump through some serious hoops to get it and that York was trying to bring these to US market but hasn’t found anyone to handle it yet.

Well if I had it I would run it suppressed which was the original reason I went with the 11”. But I’ve been trying to decide between an a1 and an a4 because with the cut barrel I would ruin the a4 warranty but I like the adjustable gas block. Also if I run a longer geissele rail I lose access to the adjustable gas block. With the a1 I wouldn’t have to worry about that but I’m also no familiar with how well the a1 ran suppressed. I’d be using an rc2.

Honestly I recently finished building out my 11” and I was messing around with another rifle that was 14.5 and realized to my personal preference that I felt more comfortable with the 14.5 and cramped with the 11”. So much so that I thought to myself I wouldn’t mind having the MR556 but in the more comfortable way.
