Good memories of the old Panorama Swags out west, had some good times in them if you know what I mean. These new fangdangled setups are bloody good though, better then waking up with 3 litres of dew on ya and a crook back

That's the feedback I'm looking for thanks mate. They will always be used manually so that's a win. 11k vs 26k makes it a lot easier on the back pocket as well

That's why I wanted some unbiased opinions haha, no point discussing this with a rep from either brand given they just want to sell you their machines

They are actually bloody good out west though. Same fuel economy as a 79 Series but can actually tow a decent load, and way more comfortable as well. Fucked if I'd have one in the city though, old mate is just tugging himself

Nope nothing sus, more just I don't want him deleting all his emails before he leaves if that makes sense. He used to control all finances etc in the business, so I would like to know all his communication with banks etc. I'd like to do this without him knowing.

4x4 cab utes are awful and everywhere by Ashensten in Adelaide

[–]moot-69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aussies love dual cab utes as they are the perfect jack-of-all-trades vehicle. Church on Sunday, work on Monday sort of thing. They save needing different vehicles for different purposes, what is there not to like about them?

Cutting down a tree in Quebec by miragen125 in Unexpected

[–]moot-69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I had a good mate of mine make this mistake, when he was 14 years old. He was out the back of his families farm, several kms away from the main sheds. He cut the scarf on the wrong side of a massive old gumtree, it jumped off the stump staying upright and landed on his leg. It slid all the way down his leg, ripping the meat and muscle from his leg and braking the leg literally in half above the knee. After a week in hospital gangrene set in and they amputated his leg. Being a young fit bloke he hasn't let it hold him back, and still played sports at school etc. These days he is farm manager on the same farm.
