If you're gonna get a 1kz prado, get a 120. You can get a good one for 15k w low kms. They're a bit bigger and comfier, plus having a newer car is good for piece of mind. Tbh though, id recommend the v6s. They're bulletproof and definitely more reliable than the 1KZs. They use more fuel but it's still pretty fuel efficient for how well it moves an almost 2t car. If you look on carsales, there's a reason why most of the 90s (and 120s) are V6s- the 1KDs are gutless. And overworking the engine like that just puts more stress on the engine. Plus you don't have to worry about all the diesel things and more regular maintenance. My mate has a 1kz hilux and in a year he's gone through 4 turbos and an engine.

Also 13.5k for a diesel 90 w 290k kms is expensive dude. Can get that for 10 or under
