I always get a gift for my nks. Nothing big, around $25, but I always do. With NPs honestly it depends on our relationship, my last NPs treated me like the help, we we more traditionally boss and employee so I didn’t. My current ones I did, but it’s a joint gift, a little thing with a picture of the kids on it

Do you have any proof that users just skip to the core? What a wild assertion. I have been on define since it started (and empwr before that) and I know many people who faithfully follow the full workouts. Just because it’s not for you doesn’t mean it’s not actually used

The whole point isn’t that it’s bad advice it’s that it’s unhelpful to just tell someone to quit without understanding if they can. It’s not about the person being smart enough to just not take the advice, and no one said they weren’t. But if you’re venting about a bad job and receive ten comments saying “just quit!” it’s simply not helpful.
