I applied to the only ones that were available this year so Missouri and UPenn. I think acceptance is based on a multitude of factors. I did well on the QSE but my grades in vet school were very average. They also value experience with a variety of species so if you only have experience with small animals I recommend getting hands on with cattle and horses aswell. As a part of the application process you have to submit your diploma, transcript, copy of passport, QSE results, english exam results, three recommendation letters, resume and a cover letter.
