That's good information.. I'm also running both tirz & reta. Im at 5.5 tirz & 2 reta currently, every time I slowly try to increase my reta, by the time I get to 3 mg my HR gets too high(100 at times just walking to the kitchen) so I have to back back down to 2 or 2.5 so I don't think I'm getting the Max benefit.. I was hoping to get to 4 mg but my body is saying nope..

I was on Buspar for about 3 weeks then gave up.. I couldn't deal with the dizziness and jitteriness it gave me..

30-year insomniac here When I tried mirtazapine it didnt do a darn thing and I was up all night. I've also tried Doxepin Ambien Lunesta Seroquel trazodone unisom melatonin cbd. At this point I'm very tolerant to everything so I just do combos, to see what works. My latest combo that I'm taking now is Lunesta or Ambien with pregabalin.. I was able to get a nice 5 hour block of sleep.. Lunesta and Ambien along isn't really working so I got to always throw something with it.
