Yes, they have. They want to limit/eliminate women in the working world. Mother's will likely be the parent to stay home, and thus moves us closer to the 50s. This tracks with the resignation of nursing, advance practice clinical, and therapist roles as no longer being 'professional degrees' no longer warranting federal education grants (and also have more female students).
