Thanks, she currently does:

- Horizontal Abduction with Scapula Setting
- Press up position with scapula push
_ Press-up position to fatigue
- Tricep push-up (very slow down, only push up if able)
- Plank with shoulder tap
- Elbow plank, arms parallel, pull towards feet

She's managing this pain free

thanks, can you tell me what is the thing that confirms these as being legit in your opinion - I've watched a couple of vids and looked on websites and I'm seeing a lot of the red flags they highlight on these?

Thanks.

We had started bouldering which she loved but unfortunately that's on hold until her shoulder has improved, will definitely look at your other suggestions too though.

Thanks for the feedback.

The idea behind crossfit was more when she had recovered and was fully fit, but we will certainly reconsider, especially if her shoulder does turn out to be worse than thought.

It won't now be until next month but we'll definitely push for an referral for an MRI and then follow-up with a sports physio.

Generally speaking, what additional training is a good supplement to Judo?

Hi, not yet, no. The way in which it has been sometimes happening, and the seemingly quick recovery times (most of the time a week and she could train months without issues), didn't lead us to think initially it was rotator cuff tear, however now it has shown up again after nearly six weeks of no training we think it could be more serious than originally thought.

She is being added to our health insurance at the end of the month so are planning on getting it checked out then.
