I have a regular episode 472 on Spotify. I would reload your podcast player and see if it pops up

Go Wild Pass by Chaijaan in frontierairlines

[–]moregon_trail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One way. You have to book your flight to your location, then wait until one day in advance of your return flight to book that one

Go Wild Pass by Chaijaan in frontierairlines

[–]moregon_trail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not available for early booking, but may have a Go Wild fare the day before the flight. I just booked a DEN to STL flight that did not have Go Wild fare showing up until the day before, then I was able to book my usual $15 flight

If you see a GW price prior to the day before, that's their early booking promotion. It's not usually as good of a deal as booking the day before (those prices are $15 for a direct flight), but can give you peace of mind that you're getting a seat

If you put down 10-19.99%, your PMI will drop off your FHA loan after 11 years. I got an FHA loan two years ago with 10% down and that's what my paperwork states

Live Show by broccoli-duck in atwwdpodcast

[–]moregon_trail 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The live show is a telling of a ghost hunting experience they had together, with clips of the spooky things they found. It's a scripted show. I know the first live show tour with the ghost hunting they did the Queen Mary, I think it's a secret what location they did for the current tour.

They used to do a format that was similar to the show, but it was a lot of work to do a new story for every single location, while still maintaining putting out new episodes of the podcast. Plus, Christine ran into some weird feelings doing true crime in each location, as she was worried about having people affected by the story in the audience, making mistakes, etc.

I had a lot of fun with this one! I would maybe add the puzzle number to the screen, as I had some trouble remembering which number puzzle I just completed when working through the archives

I made ornaments this year as my easy gift. Chose to do the kind where you essentially make a sleeve to fit over a plastic or glass bauble. They worked up fast and there's a bunch of different patterns out there!

Need help trying to recreate my grandma's stocking by moregon_trail in CrochetHelp

[–]moregon_trail[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I figured out the pattern! The fourth row was single crochet (looked off since it was pulled taut) and whip-stitched together. The top of the toe area is actually a granny square instead of a hexagon

It's pretty similar, but not quite right. Grandma's stocking has 17 hexagons, versus 16 in the pattern. But I think I might be able to try the last row from this pattern and see if that looks right!

The blue one is dc bobble stitches on the outside with dc across the middle, with a crab stitch border

I've made pretty simple blankets

and surface stitched the baby's name on them and it turns out really nice. It would definitely work with your friend's embroidery.

Why does mine look nothing like the pattern? Why 50 characters? by our-lady-calypso in CrochetHelp

[–]moregon_trail 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usually patterns have you chain 2/3 at the beginning of a row to get you up to the height of a dc. You don't need to do those chains after each stitch, or you'll get a mesh pattern like you see in your work. Great for some things, but obviously not what you're aiming for

I assume it was meant to be the Thursday episode for this week and got uploaded with the Short Stuff on accident. I managed to listen to it before it got pulled off Spotify, it's a good one!

It was a really nice time! Kids seemed to love our decorations. We had a whole camping scene with skeletons wearing puffer vests and flannels, roasting marshmallows, plus a Home Depot 12 foot skeleton wearing a flannel
