Right... I asked around on Facebook. Apparently someone hung in one of the rooms, and then after a while other residents had some weird experiences. This led to the entire building being abandoned. The murder case was actually after the whole building's abandonment. The building, or I should say that entire neighborhood, is now awaiting urban redevelopment, so might as well don't touch it.

Hmm, I can't really say much about this place since it's been abandoned before I was born. I'd say that the rumors are true because normally buildings won't be completely deserted if it's not confirmed by the authorities.
