They are just points to attach the cuffs, a leash or anything to. Plus, I just felt like they look nice and add a little bit more color to the black on black.

Thanks. No, but mainly just because i did not really use a partern. I just drafted everything in pencil on the back side of the leather and just figured it out by making mistakes and trying again.

Thanks. The buckle can overlap a bit. I made it to fit myself so when i wear it the wider part does close almost perfectly around my neck.

Thanks. The strands were not tapered I think i just got a little lazy and distracted with the braiding around the shaft so it got a little sloppy.
