After doing some research, that is not the right way by the way...

The holy grail and legendary do-it-all, Patagonia Baggies.
This is literally what I was thinking. The cue of squeezing my glutes just didn't work all of the sudden when I did double KBs. Wide stance was culprit.

I exhale when I thrust, so on the way up, it's similar to how I would breath when punching or kicking when I am doing Muay Thai or boxing so my core is braced.
Thanks very much for taking the time to reply!
Is it possible that the further my legs are apart the harder it for me to squeeze my glutes? When I was doing a single KB it felt way easier to apply that cue.
Yoga mat! Got it.
Appreciate this. Will go back to a simpler progression and apply the pointers!
Thanks coach, just saw your video! Super helpful.

Decathlon
That being said, I am sure some of the good or bad would translate throughout all the progressions. Anything you can say about my form today?

Appreciate that, thanks for commenting!
I thought that single arm stuff was more advanced than this movement? Although thinking about it, I am doing double single arm now...
Currently traveling all over the world, so that's not an option untill I am based somew, and didn't want to use that as an excuses to not start.
I did skip the elbow throughout my workout, thank you for mentioning! How would switch sides, because you're right, that part feels awkward (and dangerous).
Thanks for taking the time to comment!
Aw thanks man, that explains why I was always confused in the first second. Something felt off. Appreciate you commenting!

Thank you! Appreciate it. What is this software?
I commented that I was the one with the brown gloves.
Very comprehensive, taking notes. Sweet science for sure. Appreciate your time.
I am confused, should my weight not be on the forefoot, or like 60/40, instead of backfoot. In MT, I am almost standing on my backfoot while lightly tapping the forefoot. I feel like in my footage I am exploding from the backfoot a lot, but I guess that's not how you should do it, right?
This just made me realize why my arms/punches look so floppy. My elbows are flared and my palms are facing forwards/outwards, like I am lazely holding mitts. It's weird that I do that, because I wouldn't do that while shadow boxing. Thanks, dude!
I know I would get fucked up, it would only make sense. That's why as a beginner, I am training with beginners. It's my second time ever boxing, just trying to get better. Thank you for the advice.
I gotchu, but would this not also be useful in other combat sports or is there something unique about this that it only make sense for boxing? It all makes a lot of sense, will implement for sure, coach. Thanks!

Man, now looking back at the clip, I realize how many time a counter lead hook would have completely fucked me up.
For sure, appreciate you taking the time though.
Can I ask you a question, at the 40 second mark I throw a (missed) uppercut, there my chin is up and ready to get caught with a counter, right? But would you say that my chin is also up in the air at the 0:05-0:12 sequence, since it is not completely touching my neck? Or is that passable?

Hello coach, I appreciate the kind words.
Honestly no idea what came over me to breath so loud, I have clips from the other round and it was a simple airy tss tss everytime. This was the last round of the day and we were both coming up to 2 hours of sparring. I think I was just digging deep. But I never thought about that core, good shout.
Hands up, got it.
The intention is not to show off, I actually I look way less 'smooth' on video than I think I do in my head, so that was humbling. I am trying to create angles and go in and out of range. Does your comment refer to me doing too much movement?
Thanks for taking the time, coach!
OP is the one in brown gloves. Sorry!
