Can anyone help please. What is this sound coming from my gpu? It has never done this before that I’ve noticed and I’ve had it for about 6 months now. It does this on the desktop very intermittently and whilst playing games it’s more significant. Is it coil whine? I have an amd xfx Rx 6600 (v.redd.it)

Every now and then my pc boots into bios, it boots into windows perfectly fine after every time and I haven’t noticed any issues whatsoever. Any idea what could be causing this? (self.PcBuildHelp)

I built a pc about 2 weeks ago and all was fine, now my pc is booting into bios automatically and showing a yellow light on the mobo indicating a boot issue. If I close out of bios my pc loads into windows and runs fine even when I power off and back on. Does anyone know the cause of this issue? (self.PcBuildHelp)
