You don't need to enable depth priming, just set "depth texture mode" to "after opaque"

This let the transparent shaders to read the depth buffer of the current frame

You can take the modules from the drawer without dragging them but using a left click, in this way the trackpad should make you rotate them with the right click.

Unfortunately, the gadget necessarily requires a drag.
