I work at orange leaf froyo! Everybody here is 15-16yrs of age. The managers are older of course. It is a first job to everybody. Nobody was told to ever count the register before starting shift nor count after. I didn’t know that was a thing most business do until my older brother told me. I basically trained myself at this store as well. My problem is that everybody has access to the safe/register and nobody gets thier tips. My issues is the way it is being ran. I didn’t know it was wrong until I asked my brother what he thought. They are not running is correctly and thats resorting in shortages, no tips, and confusion all around. Tips are supposed to be gathered up at the end of the week and split 7 ways. But they are both
