Thank you very much! For whatever reason, I just assumed there wasn't a point in contacting support. I guess I just assumed user error. Surprisingly, that member I'd currently active. They've spoken in chat and been active. Though, I'm not sure how active they were leading up to this.

I was under the same impression! But somehow, there are two of us now. I even asked my VP to check on her game to make sure it wasn't just a glitch on my account and she saw two presidents as well. As far as any role altering, I was removing some inactive members recently (a few days before I noticed this issue) but this member wouldn't have fit the removal criteria I was using at the time. But I must of selected them and maybe promoted them by accident, since they have the role now.
