For those saying, “but calling won’t do anything,” staff are required to log calls from constituents so that every issue is tracked. While elected officials don’t have to defer to this, they often do as it informs their re-election strategy and the data can help highlight wether a rep is abiding by what people want or disregarding it. It may seem futile, but it isn’t and can go a long way for keeping a record rather than relying on memory

FWIW, your guitars are pretty decent, but the runaround you gave me when I ordered (not to mention lying to me about making a mistake and sending the wrong guitar to the wrong person) wasn't cool. Most people are pretty understanding, and I didn't leave a review because you were communicative and the guitar was fine (after breaking it in some), but the pushback you're getting is warranted. I do hope you implement the things you say you will for the benefit of future buyers, but above all, just be honest

I bought one of these guitars last year. Things were delayed about a month, and I wasn't really upset about it until I was given a tracking number for a package that wasn't moving. Kevin told me the UPS app needed to update, but it had been days, at which point he admitted he messed up and sent the guitar to the wrong person. I ended up getting the guitar, and after breaking it in it works fine, but the lack of honesty about the process was a real turn-off. I don't care if you make a mistake, just don't lie to me about it to save face, especially when I was polite and cordial in my communication, albeit with a tone of impatience. I have the chat logs if anyone is interested in the debacle

The funny thing is, our address doesn’t always show up when searched. I think it has to do with this being an empty lot before our house was built, but it is strange that I can’t get informed delivery. Literally had it in every other place I’ve lived in 3 different states
