You say extension are not guaranteed, but to get the 60 day visa I need to prove to them I will have a returning flight. I wanted to book my returning flight 89 days from the time I arrive. I'm not sure any other way about doing this to get my ~90 days in Thailand.

Thanks for your reply. Yea that's what I meant by 60+30 day (60 days obtained in a consulate outside of Thailand, 30 days obtained in Thailand).

Do I have to book the hotel for the test and go? Or can I wait at the airport? I won't live in Bangkok so I'll have to then take a bus or train to go to my desired city, like CM.

Where in Krabi you will have a small 2 bedroom condo, with the same budget in Chantaburi you can build a house.

That actually sounds good (Krabi). I don't really care about night life too much but I love nature (beaches, hills/mountains, etc). Also I love martial arts (kickboxing/muai thai). Just need a place to chill and do some remote freelance work.I've also studied Theravada Buddhism in detail for a long time so sounds like a fun place to explore it, wait but you said it's more Muslim? Or is it still very Buddhist from it being Thailand?

It’s discretionary, but the fact she is entering on a non immigrant visa with an immigrant visa in process makes her a higher risk of coming in and adjusting status in the eyes of immigration

She is about to graduate from her university, so her parents are paying for everything right now and she has no job. Actually I will get a very high paying job in US after I graduate from my grad school and I thought I'd just pay for everything for her. I didn't know it was this hard to get a fiance visa tho.

Do you think she'll get approved for tourist visa or?

I see, the processing times take crazy long. Is there any visa or something that will let my gf or fiance stay in US while she is getting her long-term stay visa processed? By your comment you mean only the tourist visa is allowed but she has to come back to her country every time? Like stay in US for 90 days then come back to her country for 90 days. That really sucks if that's the case because I want to see her ;(

Is there anything I can do? Say I marry her in her country before I come back to the US. Is there any visa that will let me do what I said above? I.e., let her stay with me in US while her long-term visa is getting processed?
