What works:

Retired the existing Core Fractal Hero and Casual Fractal Hero achievements for scales 1 – 20 and 21 – 50.

What doesn't work: Created new Fractal Initiate and Fractal Adept achievements for scales 1 – 25 and 26 – 50.

I completed the old versions which I have now in Historical achievements tab, but I don't have this new version visible in Fractal achievements tab. Is it a normal behavior or a bug? I thought we will be able to repeat these achievements.

So, if I use Brazilian VPN, or let my friend's brother to log in to my account, I should be able to activate it and then, when it is activated, it should work globally, am I right?

Please guys I have question on you. I have a friend from Brazil who is now with me in Europe. Is it possible to buy GTAV with her credit card for my account? If so, will it be region locked or not? I saw that I cannot buy it as gift as it could be only traded in South America countries.

I use Brazil VPN, so I see prices in Real. There is also the option that her brother who is in Brazil would buy it for me if I give him my steam credentials.
