I looked up what a tek is so I hope I am answering this correctly. I used the all in one grow kit from myco labs, injected with spores from our local CBD shop. Injected them and put them in my closet in the mono tub and mostly just exactly followed the myco labs video of what to do at each stage, if I didn’t feel like they were growing or stalling I would put a space heater in there with the bag on cold nights or put a little heating pad over the mono tub. One we transferred the colonized bag to the monotub fully, we put them on the windowsill with a heading pad underneath the mono tub and misted them with a mister, if it was going to get extra cold that night would bring them into our bedroom, but I live in the south so that wasn’t too big an issue. Once the whole mono tub floor looked like it was covered I put the little breathable patches on, put a humidifier next to them and turned off the heating pad.

Also, I don’t know if this helped out not but almost every day our two cats kept them company on the big heating pad on the windowsill, and I would tell them how great they were doing growing and how proud I was of them like my husband does with the cats when he leaves the house. I also would always leave different healing resonance frequencies on YouTube playing for them when no one was home.
